Accepted payment options
We offer the following payment options:
Payment in advance via bank transfer
If advance payment has been agreed, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless the parties have agreed a later due date. The amount will be transferred to the account specified by us, stating the order number, and the goods will be sent after receipt of payment.
PayPal
At the end of the ordering process you will be redirected to PayPal.
When payments are made using a payment method offered by PayPal, handling of payments takes place via the payment service provider PayPal ((Europe) S.a. r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter called “PayPal”) subject to the PayPal terms of use which can be viewed at: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full.
In case the client has no PayPal account, the conditions applicable for payments without PayPal account will be effective. They can be viewed at: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/ua/privacywax-full.
Sofortüberweisung with Klarna
With the certified payment system "Sofort." you can pay securely and conveniently using the direct transfer method with your usual online banking data (PIN / TAN) and without registration. We will receive a real-time confirmation after the transfer is completed. So we can send your order immediately.
If the payment method "Sofort." is selected, payment processing is carried out via the payment service provider SOFORT GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12,80339 Munich (hereinafter referred to as "Sofort.").
Creditcard
Payments with Visa, Mastercard and American Express are currently possible. Our partner for this is Stripe.
If you choose the credit card payment method via Stripe, the invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Payment is processed via the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland (hereinafter: “Stripe”). Stripe reserves the right to carry out a credit check and to reject this payment method if the credit check is negative.
Purchase on account with Klarna
You can conveniently pay with us by invoice. We only send invoices by email. Please note our payment term of 14 days.
If you choose a payment method offered by the "Klarna" payment service, payment will be processed via Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (hereinafter "Klarna"). Further information and Klarna's terms and conditions can be found in the payment information on the Klarna website.
Shopify Payments
If you choose a payment method offered by the payment service "Shopify Payments", the payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland (hereinafter "Stripe"). The individual payment methods offered via Shopify Payments are communicated to the customer in the seller's online shop. Stripe can use other payment services to process payments, to which special payment terms may apply, to which the customer may be informed separately. Apple Pay
With Apple Pay you can pay easy and conveniently with your fingerprint from iOS devices.
